What is the Membership program?

Our goal is to provide healthcare and wellness to the community in Punta Mita and surroundings, therefore, we´ve created the membership program that guarantees high quality medical attention for you and your loved ones all year long.

Payment methods?

We accept PayPal, there is also the possibility to make the payment through our website or by visiting our offices in Punta Mita Hospital

How can I acquire the membership?

Entering and completing the Form on our website or by visiting our representatives in Punta Mita Hospital.

Is this an increased-high medical expenditure service?

No, it is a membership with medical discounts that can help you complement and avoid any major medical expense. You can also access more benefits.

How can I renew the membership?

You can renew it through our website. Complete the form: Name, Surname, Passport number; then click on “renew”. More information is not required, hence you can continue with the next steps.

Is it a life insurance?

No.

How can I add a beneficiary to my membership?

Family plan is only available for Silver and Gold memberships. In case of adding a family member to your plan, please contact us calling +52 1 322 688 0059 or emailing frontdesk@puntamitahospital.com.

How do I obtain my membership after the payment?

After 5 working days your ID card will be ready to deliver in Punta Mita Hospital. You can contact us calling +52 1 322 688 0059 or emailing frontdesk@puntamitahospital.com.

How can I get a new membership card in case of loss?
